 Trillium Health Resources is a leading specialty care manager (LME/MCO) for individuals with serious substance use, mental illness and intellectual/developmental disabilities in eastern North Carolina. 

This group provides information and resources about guardianship and alternatives in North Carolina.

This is a group of IDD families on a mission to create awareness of the wait time for the Innovation Waiver. They support families to share their stories with policymakers in an effort to change the Waiver waiting list length.

Integrated Family Services has an array of services including a direct line for assistance from their Mobile Crisis Unit. They are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by calling 1.866.437.1821.

This group helps families to navigate the special education system along with health related systems in North Carolina.

 The NC Council on Developmental Disabilities improves the opportunities and lives of North Carolinians with I/DD and their families through advocacy, capacity building and systems change. 

  This group helps families with a child who has special needs access services and supports.
